San Sebastián, the epicenter of world-class gastronomy deserves a place to train world-class cooks. The Basque Culinary Center is the right place. My proposal was also my final college work. It is located in Miramon Parkea, a kind of technological area where companies and nature are sustainably mixed.
The concept: a folded spiral tape with an adaptative wide that embrace the park where is located and hosts all the required areas for a gastronomic college.
